Begin your event with a drinks reception in our chic, stylish bar, and welcome your guests in style with a glass of champagne or fabulous cocktail. In the summer months, make the most of the long evenings and spill out through the French doors into the central courtyard before sitting down in our striking ballroom. Complete with floor to ceiling windows and adorned with arresting modern artwork, the ballroom is a sophisticated venue that never fails to impress.

Our ballroom is configurable to your specific seating requirements and can accommodate up to 60 people. Buffet menus begin from £15 per person and specific requests can be catered for by prior arrangement.

- Grilled smoked salmon & horseradish crostinis

- Buffalo mozzarella, cured ham, basil, olive tapenade

- Beef carpaccio, parmesan shavings, aged balsamic vinegar

- Potted spiced smoked haddock, golden sultanas, rye croutes

- Confit chicken & ham hock pate, cherry tomato chutney

 

Main

- Pot roast poussin, sage, morel mushrooms, Riesling & apples

- Roast halibut sauternes, carrot, bacon dust

- Scottish salmon en croute, tarragon & mustard veloute

- Braised daube of beef, red wine, glazed mushrooms, truffle

- Marinated lamb kleftiko, oregano, smoked bacon, sweet onions

- Roasted red peppers, aubergine, goats cheese, basil, tomatoes

 

Dessert

-Coffee & mascarpone mousse, hazelnut macaroons
